With 17 years of appraisal experience, AnnMarie Smith founded AMS Appraisal Solutions. Ms. Smith, ISA AM, is an Accredited Member of the International Society of Appraisers and formerly a Certified Residential Appraiser. Prior to starting her own corporation, Ms, Smith contributed significantly to the rapid growth of a prominent personal property appraisal firm, formerly a residential appraisal firm, by overseeing all internal and external operations ranging from client and project management to administration and human capital. Having helped developed the foundation for the appraisal firm in 2004, Ms. Smith also assisted in the transition from residential to personal property appraisals in 2010. During Ms. Smith's tenure as CEO, the company experienced unprecedented, exponential growth every year. In response to an ever increasing demand for personal property appraisals, Ms. Smith founded AMS Appraisal Solutions to fill the gap.
